Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
- SKI & SNOWBOARD WAX products (opened or unopened)
- BASE REPAIR materials and chemicals
- EDGE TOOLS and TUNING EQUIPMENT that show signs of use
- WAXING TOOLS that have been removed from packaging
- Apparel with removed tags or showing signs of wear
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will email you to confirm the status of your return.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to process to your account
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the replacement product. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and select remote regions not served), return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in USD according to the exchange rate at the time of processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and expedite your replacement.
