Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
We ship globally! However, please note that we are unable to deliver to Asia and select remote regions not served by our carriers. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium winter sports equipment and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All SKI & SNOWBOARD WAX products (opened or unopened)
- BASE REPAIR materials and chemicals
- EDGE TOOLS and TUNING EQUIPMENT that show signs of use
- WAXING TOOLS that have been removed from their packaging
- Apparel with removed tags or showing signs of wear
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include your full name, order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not ship items without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will email you to confirm the status of your return.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to process to your account
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the replacement product. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in USD according to the exchange rate at the time of processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
