Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All SKI & SNOWBOARD WAX products (opened or unopened)
- BASE REPAIR materials and chemicals
- EDGE TOOLS and TUNING EQUIPMENT that show signs of use
- WAXING TOOLS that have been removed from their packaging
- Apparel with removed tags or showing signs of wear
4. Order and Payment Terms
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Information

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
We ship globally except to Asia and select remote regions not served by our carriers. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Return Process
- Submit your return request via email to [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
- Wait for authorization and RMA number from our team
- Package and ship your return with the RMA number clearly visible
- Wait for processing and inspection (3-5 business days after receipt)
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to process to your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in USD according to the exchange rate at the time of processing.
